Great!! - C. Irvine - Philadelphia, PA
I really liked this book. I was an easy read, very helpful, and humorous! I was hesitant at first because it’s written by a high school teacher, and I am elementary. However, his advice, tips, and warnings apply to ALL grade levels. This book skips the educational theories, and dives right into the important things that rookies really want to know: setting up your classroom for the 1st day; getting to know parents; how to deal with your administrators; and keeping your kids under control, among many other topics. The author includes many anecdotes from his teaching career. This book is excellent; I definitely recommend!

The basic design of this product is good, aside from the fact that it leaves a large oily surface that will attract dust and everything else.
The screw cap on the end of the spout broke in less than a year - it cracked and stopped sealing-in the oil.
The plug in the middle should be removed when you drain the oil from your car. I always simply unscrewed it and left it loose (thought you were supposed to - maybe you are supposed to, who knows). Today the plug fell back into the hole and sealed it while the oil was draining from the car, and overflowed onto the ground. What an embarrassing mess.
